Google Calendar:
- Open Google Calendar.
- Click on the "+" sign next to "Add a coworker's calendar."
- Select "From URL."
- Paste the iCal link into the field.
- Click "Add Calendar."
Apple/iOS Calendar:
Option 1:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail."
- Tap "Accounts" > "Add Account" > "Other" > "Add Subscribed Calendar."
- In the "Server" field, paste the iCal link you copied.
- Tap "Next" and adjust settings if needed.
- Tap "Save."
Option 2:
- Open Apple Calendar.
- Go to "File" > "New Calendar Subscription."
- Enter the iCal link in the "Calendar URL" field.
- Click "Subscribe."
- Adjust settings if needed and click "OK."
Android Calendar Apps:
- Open your preferred calendar app.
- Find the option to add a new calendar or subscribe to a calendar.
- Choose "Add by URL" or similar.
- Paste the iCal link and save.
Microsoft Outlook (desktop application):
- Open Outlook.
- Go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings."
- Select the "Email" tab, then click "New."
- Choose "Email Account" and click "Next."
- Choose "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next."
- Choose "Internet Email" and click "Next."
- Enter your details and paste the iCal link in the "Incoming Server" field.
- Click "Next" and then "Finish."
Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com (web-based):
- Open Outlook.com.
- Go to the calendar.
- Click "Import calendar" > "From web."
- Paste the iCal link and click "Import."
