This is a step-by-step guide to show you how to use an iCal link. Whether you're a digital calendar pro or just getting started, this help article is your go-to resource for seamlessly syncing our events and deadlines with your preferred calendar app. 

Google Calendar:

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. Click on the "+" sign next to "Add a coworker's calendar."
  3. Select "From URL."
  4. Paste the iCal link into the field.
  5. Click "Add Calendar."

Apple/iOS Calendar:

Option 1:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
  2. Scroll down and tap on "Mail."
  3. Tap "Accounts" > "Add Account" > "Other" > "Add Subscribed Calendar."
  4. In the "Server" field, paste the iCal link you copied.
  5. Tap "Next" and adjust settings if needed.
  6. Tap "Save."

Option 2:

  1. Open Apple Calendar.
  2. Go to "File" > "New Calendar Subscription."
  3. Enter the iCal link in the "Calendar URL" field.
  4. Click "Subscribe."
  5. Adjust settings if needed and click "OK."

Android Calendar Apps:

  1. Open your preferred calendar app.
  2. Find the option to add a new calendar or subscribe to a calendar.
  3. Choose "Add by URL" or similar.
  4. Paste the iCal link and save.

Microsoft Outlook (desktop application):

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings."
  3. Select the "Email" tab, then click "New."
  4. Choose "Email Account" and click "Next."
  5. Choose "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next."
  6. Choose "Internet Email" and click "Next."
  7. Enter your details and paste the iCal link in the "Incoming Server" field.
  8. Click "Next" and then "Finish."

Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com (web-based):

  1. Open Outlook.com.
  2. Go to the calendar.
  3. Click "Import calendar" > "From web."
  4. Paste the iCal link and click "Import."
